So, my application got 'cancelled' about a month ago because I didn't upload my PCC correctly, and I received a message saying that my application fee would be refunded. Anyone know how long this takes? Should i expect a cheque or a refund to my credit card?

Just had my application declined because I realized I didn't upload drivers license histories, but I noticed that it says that Police Certificates aren't Police Clearance Certificates aren't acceptable if they're a photocopy. Is this the same as scanning it in? How else are we meant to upload it?

I got ITA last month, and have gathered all my files ready to submit, however one of my old employers is taking a while to get my work letter to me. He says he's doing it, but I just have to wait. I have payslips I can upload, but wondering if I can submit additional documents later? Thanks
