Filing concurrent I-140 + 485 while being a daily commuter
As a daily commuter, has anyone been able to take advantage of the rapid movement of dates since October 2020 and file a concurrent I-140 downgrade + 485? If yes, how did it go for you? From what I have learnt, 'intent to stay' and presence in USA is a criteria for filing 485. Will...- ildebee
