    Issue with opening IMM5257E and IMM5475E. Kindly help

    I (In Canada) am appliying for Canada Visitor Visa for my Mom (in India). I am unable to load pdf files IMM5257e and IMM5475e. Typical pdf version error gets displayed. But I was able to load IMM5707e and IMM5713e. Any help is appreciated.
