    Can a valid PR also apply for PNP? (because PR is going to expire, and i am outside canada)

    Hello, My Pr is expiring in Sep-2021. I have only spent 2 weeks in Canada (Please dont judge me on this as I was the sole care taker of my mother.) Can I apply for PNP ontario , while maintaining my PR ? Once I have the PNP then i will renounce the PR. Is this a workable plan ?
