Hi everyone, I'm applying for a study permit and the CIC requested me to upload my birth certificate. However, I'm having problems in doing that such as they are asking me for an expiry date which does not exist on my birth certificate. What should I do?

Hi everyone, I am applying for a study permit and the CIC requested me to submit my birth certificate. However, when I try to upload my birth certificate on the CIC website, they ask me for my expiry date which my birth certificate does not include. What should I do? Thank, Shogo
