Hello All, I recently got a sowp rejection (outside Canada/ India). I am looking forward to apply for vistor visa. Can I use the same GCKEY login or should I create a new account on IRCC. Thank you in advance.

I got my SOWP refused, the reason stated was : My spouse is a Canadian PR holder and does not have a valid work permit. I had applied through an agent and he said that the rule has changed, I am clueless. What can I do in this case?
