Hi, i submitted my sowp before march 19. But my spouse is yet to travel to canada for may intake. The requirement says we need study permit. But she will only receive the actual permit once she reach canada. As of now she has the study visa in passport. Will this make my application not eligible?

I submitted my sowp on 14th March and got the biometrics done on 19th march. Will i be affected with the new March 19 cap? Spouse is in a dli but doing college certification.
