Hello everyone. I submitted my application PNP (non-EE) and waiting AOR now. I payed Processing fee ($850) and right of permanent residence fee ($515) but I didn't pay for biometric fee. Will I get biometric instruction letter without this payment and can pay after? Or do I need to pay now ...
