Hey, is it possible to transfer from one DLI college to another after first semester and the fees and credits gets forwarded to the school you want to transfer to?

i’ve gotten admission into George Brown college for a year program in May as a visitor (international student) but my parents don’t think one year is worth it so i want to apply to another college for September… can i apply for the study permit with the one year program and still go to the other...
