I applied for a TRV on 8th November On tracker it shows eligibility passed and BC in progress I called IRCC and they said all stages shows completed on their end on 18th December When can I expect my PPR? And why would it take this time if all stages of application are already passed? thanks

Hi all, applied for TRV from India on 6th November. no response till 10th December. Raised webform and called IRCC they said they put a note and eligibility started on 13th December. No response after that. any idea how long will it take from now to get PPR?
