IRCC requested for an updated letter of acceptance from me. But I only got one letter of acceptance which is final. I didn’t defer or anything so I don’t expect any new letter if acceptance from the school. Please help

Please I was told to submit an updated letter of acceptance from IRCC when while I only got one offer letter from my school. And I didn’t defer or anything for me to be expecting a new or updated letter of acceptance from the school. Please what should I do?
