So a little background. I applied for a visit visa for my Dad in 2022 to attend my cousin's wedding. And the application was rejected on the grounds that the purpose of staying is not consistent, no family ties in home country and lack of finances. (The duration of stay was for two weeks)...

Just a overview of the situation. My Dad has his biometrics expiring in June, but there is a family wedding in July is there a way for him to apply and with biometrics before it expires?
