    Do I need to submit Indian PCC for my non accompanying PR spouse in my EE (CEC) PR application?

    I got ITA under CEC category recently. My wife already has a PR. I had added her as a non-accompanying PR spouse in my application. While filling the application for PR, the portal asks for her Indian PCC. Do I need to submit PCC from India for her even when she is already a PR holder in Canada...
