    BCPNP-IGP- Study time less than 50% in Canada

    Hi guys, I'm doing my PhD in BC, which eligle for BC PNP. While for some reason, I choose to go aboard for research outside Canada for 2 years. Now when I applied for BCPNP, I found my study time is less than 50% in Canada. Are there useful suggestions to deal with this situation?
