Hello, My parents applied for Supervisa on March 2022 and did medical exam in April 2023 and up until now their visa is in progress but medical exam has expired. would they ask for it to be redone or would it just be extended?

my parents applied for a supervisa in March 2022 and they only got biometric request .. until now they didn't even get a medical request. Has anyone applied from UAE and is having the same problem and excessive delay?
