My Consultant forwarded the approval email from IRCC. I replied with all the information. I received the email on Aug 11 and sent then reply to the IRCC email on the same date (IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca). 1 week have passed, and no reply about the account credentials...
