    Passport outside of Canada

    Hello guys, i would like to know if i can apply for the Canadian passport outside of Canada. Ive done oath oft 21 but i havent got my citizenship certificate yet and i have an urgency travel in a week. Please advise. thank you

    Please help! Citizenship certificate took over 6 weeks.

    I did my Oath ceremony on Oct 13 and since then i never received the certificate. I called IRCA and i sent them a couple emails but still nothing. What do i do ? anyone with the sane situation? thank you
