    Biometric update

    Hi, I completed biometric enrolment for study visa on June 28 but the CIC portal is not updated yet. For others who came in the same slot, it has been updated. Does anyone know what could be the reason? Also - if I have to raise a webform query, what option to select under "Type of application"?
