I have received a request letter regarding my additional documents which is police certificate. Can anyone here help me how to send them immediately? I have my NBI now and I need to send them right away.

I applied on 12th May. Biometrics completed 14th May. Medical passes this 7th of June. However, review of eligibility says, we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility. Was that a ghost one? What should I wait after medical udpated? please answer me.
