HI everyone. I would like to apply to the new TR to PR pathway. I'm an international French speaker student and I'm living and working in Quebec. Can anyone help me with a settlement plan for Alberta to prove my intent to settle outside Quebec?

I recently graduated in Quebec and I got a permanent job offer in Quebec. Could I apply for the new TR to PR program? Should I need to add any proof of my intent to live outside Quebec?
