I can’t find the provision to submit my upfront medical request and Ihave received medical request. Raised webform and haven’t received reply, submitted technical issue problem but no reply or continuation of received either. Don’t know what to do at this point any advice would be appreciated

I submitted my application in July, went for medical exam without request in September and got medical request early October. Medicals in September is not reflecting in my account so now I’m just waiting. Don’t know whether to book another appointment or not. Any advice would be appreciated
