Hi, i was wondering if you get a medical request for sponsorship application and pass it before OWP gets approved, does the owp still comes with restrictions? In my case i didn't know that i need an upfront medical to get owp w/o restrictions and now i've got medical request for my sponsorship app.

Please i would like to know can i apply for inland spousal sponsorship+OWP while on implied status? i've applied for extension of my visitor visa on September 2020 but no news since then, wanted to know should i wait to receive their confirmation?
