I think IRCC agent are very rude and racist they see peoples photo and can be very unkind. They should move the call centre to Toronto because people in Montreal are very backward and racist not civilized or educated.

Basically i am an accepted refugee and let my work permit expire. I didn’t realize accepted refugees need work permits. I’m wondering: is it possible for me to go to the Niagra Falls border and flagpole to get a new work permit?
