    Visa for my Spouse

    Does my partner with whom I got a Civil Union be able to apply for a Visit Visa? Is it good to mention that he wants to come and visit his partner and submit the Civil Union Certificate? Or this is a big NO as he might get a refusal ..Please I appreciate any feedback and advice.

    Civil Union Certificate

    I got a Civil Union with my conjugal partner last year In Cyprus, my question is do I need to get the certificate notarized before we apply?. I live in Ontario. I know this document is not recognized in Ontario but I want to prove that our relationship is a genuine .What is your advice?
