    Indian applying for TRV from China outside Canada

    Hi, I have got my PGWP in Canada but I don't have time to apply for TRV as I have to leave for China immediately on work. My current study visa (TRV) expires on 30th Dec 2020. If I don't make it back by then, is it possible to apply for TRV while in China?
