Hi. I applied July 11th Non SDS from Pakistan Got AIP early September. Just received BVL but no medical request. I searched online for BVL with no medical request and it seems it is a sure sign of refusal in past years? Is this true? What is the general trend for BVL? My DLI is on the list.

I applied non SDS July 11th, completed biometrics August 3rd and received AIP September 12th. However, I have still not received a medical request. I was wondering if there are others who still have not received medical request. Should I just complete medical and send it through webform?
