if u have registered ur 1st nikkah then u should register ur divorce as well,,coz it does not matter that it was nikkah only case or full marriage if its registered nikkah then u must need registered divorce

Dear , Nikah Case is weak from its starting. So i think u should plan ur rukhsati and arrange a lot of pics and other proofs and send them voluntarity , it can make ur case genuine in eyes of CHC.
