    Can I apply for TRV from Dubai on a Visitor status?

    I had a PGWP in Ottawa but travelled to Dubai for emergency on a Visit visa. I applied for TRV from Dubai and I am not sure if I can do that. Can someone please advise whether my visa will be processed or not. Or should I submit another application from India? Thanks

    Hi folks! I hold a PGWP but had to travel to India due to family emergency, and I did not get a chance to apply for TRV while leaving Canada.
