My spouse did his bachelors from Sikkim Manipal University (Distance) and masters from ICFAI University, Tripura (Distance). I want to know if WES will validate this.

In my degree my name is with maiden name but my surname has changed post marriage (New name on Passport). So shall I get the WES done on new name or old name? How should I go about it? If WES is done on older name will there by any issue in linking to express entry profile later on?
