Anyone who received a NOI in Aug 15 has received a nomination so far in 2020. Will Ontario start granting nominations in Jan or not until the federal government approves their nomination allocation for 2020?

Hello everyone, I submitted an application for nomination under Ontario Immigration Nomination Program, under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, however, my application status has not changed from being submitted since the submission date (Sep 20th). Has anyone faced the same situation?
