OP didn't say he/she apply for Ontario PNP (OINP) PNP can be of any province

You said to notify OINP but where in the post did it say OINP. Just said non-EE PNP.

Where did OP say OINP? Refusal letter will say whether it is possible to restore given type of work permit. Even if not OINP, OP must notify PNP program or that is misrepresentation.

To add more clarity, I was in Canada and was a student here when I got my PR, I was in 4 months into my 2nd year of my studies and I got my OINP based on my Previous work history from back home.
