It’s been 7 months and 1 week since I submitted. My tracker says background check in process since Sept 2024 and Eligibility in process since Dec 6th. Everything else is completed. Just Ghost updates every month.

Spousal Visa for pr applied July 2024, medical done in Sept 2024 and biometrics done in Dec 2024. Both background check under process since Sept 2024 and eligibility under process since Dec 6th 2024. No update since then. Just ghost updates every month. Anyone else experience this?

Sending a letter to your local MP, regarding delayed with pr process will help to get your file processed faster.
