I have a long term job offer and I am aiming to apply under career Employment Pathway in Manitoba, my offer letter doesn't not mention it is 1 year minimum, all it says I will be continuously employed by them if I follow their guidelines. Can I still apply? Even though 1 year is not mentioned?
