Please can someone tell me if it's a must to submit a copy of my Bsc certificate? I moved recently and can't find it. Will the statement of my result be okay including my WES evaluation.

Please anyone help me. I had my evaluation done and I received a report on the 6th of July from WES but my report had a wrong date of birth. I went ahead and entered into the pool. Now WES have reviewed my application and corrected my DOB but I have a new date for my ECA report although it shows...
