If I apply for computer and network technician(2 years diploma) for jan,2013 batch, will I get visa....... my ielts scores are 6.5 overall(5.5 in two modules). I have done B.tech in computers with 65%.

I Have completed my B.Tech(computer Science) in Dec,2011 with 65%. I have 6.5 overall bands in ielts(L-8.0,R-5.5,S-5.5,W-6.0 ). Is I am eligible for Pg course or Advance diploma under SPP. If I apply in Computer and Network Technician in humber college want to apply in jan,2013 will I get visa...
