Sir/madam Can you please tell me if WES(an authorized agency) requires recent documents. I received my Bachelor's Degree transcript 5 years ago in a sealed envelope which shoud have the issue date on it. Can I use it now to obtain ECA i.e Education Credential Assesment from www.WES.org(Canada).
