Is it a CIC rule that a nurse MUST be present, if its a male doctor and woman being undressed and being going through this exam

Is there anyone in here that know for sure if there is a law, when it comes to the undressed part of the exams...... Is there a law saying the dr has to have a nurse present when he does for example the breast exams? Some I talked to say no and many others say yes. But I haven't been able to...

I cant say who this doctor is in this moment. Advised by lawyer. But he will be reported very soon. My best advise to you.......if you make sure you have a nurse in the room during the exam, you don't have to be scared that this will happen to you. They are suppose to be there by law

THe Dr will be reported. Until I do that....I want you to be careful. Never let your self be exam alone with the doctor. That way you will be safe. As soon as I have reported him, I will let you all know whom this doctor is. I will not risk getting into a situation where it will be his word...
