    NDVO is very slow now a days friends......2017 AOR receivers may get 9 months to 12 months in total process as per my views

    Hi all, Is it possible that one get MR directly without receiving his/her 2AOR. After 41 days I haven't received yet and my agent replies me it is not compulsory that you must recieved 2AOR. Is it true????
