How did you serve divorce documents to your spouse in back home? I am starting process this week by myself. Need your inputs guys

Did you apply from Canada? Did you apply with something like legal separation agreement?

Her family wont let her go for it.. Even it was very very tough to convince her for police clearance. Now I cant go begging for Medical.

I was about to get PR, everything passed! But I got request for medical and that's not simple as it looks.

I'd have postponed divorce application if she cooperate in getting Medical done. Unfortunately that's not happening! Now I've 30 days to submit new medical or file get rejected.

Married but not accompanying ..Yes I'll give explanation but legal separation docs more important.

Thanks dear friend..I truly appreciate. I'm gonna raise this issue to concerned officer right after CIC requested her medical. Does it sound suspicious? I hope not.

To get certificate /Separation, it takes nearly about 6 months. I hope they consider no# 3 proof of proceeding. I may give a call to CIC tomorrow and let see how they are dealing my case.

I've been in Canada for almost four years and got married in India in June 2016. I am about to file divorce from one of the Family Court Ontario. Any idea what kind of docs CIC will need in order to ensure our separation. Just the proof of proceeding or divorce certificate?

Ive talk to few lawyer before I applied. Their opinions were different. One told'Its okey to show them proof of divorce proceeding and others were consistent with Divorce certificate. Do you have any idea? Please and thank you

I don't think they will accept proof of divorce proceeding. They need divorce certificate, Until and unless they can't consider
