I'm an online applicant from april, medical done on 5th August status was changed to pass on 12th Aug, i am still waiting for an update.

Im in Rawalpindi, does the certificate need to mention that I already had the polio vaccination or am I going to get vaccinated during medical checkup?

Today, i got the appointment but it also includes a line "You are requested to bring your valid Polio vaccination certificate at the time of your appointment" Where can i get a polio certificate?

When you login to your cic account, there is an option saying "DLI".. It is on the same page where you can check your messages.. You can use that to inform the CIC that you will be attending a different institute...

I applied online on 5 April Bio-metrics done on 7 April.. No medical checkup yet.. When will it happen??

That depends on you.. getting an agent does not guarantee you will get a visa. He/She can only assist you during the process. An agent will know all the documents that are required and the processing will start soon.

When you apply online, you only need to scan the required documents and upload them to your online application. You don't need to email anything. Regards
