Hi all, I need to revoke my former PR that expired in 2012 (from Quebec) to pursue my EE post ITA, do you know how much time could it take to have it revoked???

Someone just told me that I need to revoke my former quebec PR even if it expired, for me to apply to entry express, it does not sound logical to me, what do you think?
