Thanks for the reply. That's the problem the school does not want to do that. They say their Hr policy is to only give an experience letter and as the job profile is a teacher the duties are a given as to what the teacher does in a classroom.

Hi I have an Ita and I have work reference from my current employer but my past employer has given me a service or experience letter but will not provide a detailed work reference letter as required as it's against hr policy . I am an elementary school teacher . Will this affect my score ?
