I do understand that. But my program is, mostly all January intake are already closed. And i do not have enough to pay for the Tuition fee at this point, since i lost my finance.

Thank you for the link, Well it also happened when i dropped out from the Institution, they mentioned i would be receiving 75% of my tuition fee back, but they gave me not even close to a 25%, when i approached them they said that it is correct. Basically i have now lost more money, I do hope...

Thank you for replying, My student visa would be expiring in 2020, I dropped out from the institution in mid October 2018. If i start an application in other Colleges and be on the wait, would i be on a safer side?
