When hcp stream will get reopened. Can anybody give guidance.

I received noi from Ontario on 6th July 2017 as my Crs scores are 409. Technically I have 6 months to accept it but suddenly on 25th July Ontario paused the registrations. I was wondering to know when they will again start taking applications. I am going to loose 5 Crs points in March 2018...
