How can I correct an error or incorrect name in the (Social Insurance Number) information sheet? Is it possible that I can change the error name at Service Canada in person? What will be the document need? Is it okey if only passport is the only document available to correct the name?

I mean a copy only not original as my original documents is in the philippinea.
