    Enter with eTA while waiting for PGWP

    Hi, I'm currently waiting for my PGWP (almost 6 weeks). However my flight is rather soon. Is it possible to apply for eTA and enter as a tourist while waiting for the PGWP and then wait inside of Canada for the PGWP? Thanks
