Hi Jalex, I tried that too, and it still doesn't work. The only thing I can think of, is that after answering the questionnaire, we are simply not eligible to apply online. I will call the feds on Monday and ask them directly. *sigh*

Hi All, Is anyone else having trouble applying online to extend a visitor's visa? I've created a MyCIC account I've gone through the "Check for eligibility" questionnaire I get to the "Create personal checklist" screen Then....nothing. There is no 'continue' button. I don't get any 'code'...
