Hello , I want to get the ECA done for applying for Express Entry. I have passed out of BPUT , Orissa , India . But i stay around 1500 kms from Rourkela / Bhubaneswar. So, wanted to know ways to get ECA done. Are transcripts mandatory ? If yes what is the best way to get them ?
