Cic does accept nikkah cases still. However, it may take a bit longer than whole wedding (though i have seen some get accept faster). Friend of mine was a nikkah case and his wife got visa in 20mths. End of day its your destiny from Allah

Anzee - You guys should have sent it voluntarily .. They are expediting the cases with full wedding.. They might accept your case with nikkah only but they will take their sweet time which would be obviously more than the straight forward cases.. I was a nikkah case too and had ruksati in Jan ...

Do you have any post Nikkah Cohabitation pictures? Like where you guys took pictures in your room, with grooms family, at family dinners/restaurants, outings etc. If you submitted those pictures, I don't think you should worry too much.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office they use to accept nikah cases only, but now they need rukhsti as well, might as well do it, because they will ask you to do it and might delay your case. So do the rukhsti when you go there

Can anyone please guide me i have submitted my Nadra Marriage registration certificate only do i have to submit the Urdu Nikkah Nama as well? Also do i have to translate it or just submit as it is on Urdu? Please guide

Some people have English only nikkah nama and from Nadra which is both English and Urdu

Only Nikah registrar seal would be enough Plus English Translation attested by Notary public. And Marriage certificate

Yes, it is either the marriage certificate from Nadra OR urdu nikkah nama with translation, affidavit and certified copy.

Congrats! I see you are a nikkah only applicant. Did you send voluntary proofs of ruksati later on? Also, did you use the new application kit?

I submitted my original Urdu nikkah nama with additional documents in August,2014 and now 1 week ago I submitted marriage registration certificate.

Well, they applied in November or December of 2011 and got the visa within the last 3 months ... approx. 2.5 years for the whole process ... nikkah only

Asa Sundus101; Why you are in Interview Queue? are you a Nikkah only case? Have you done Rukhsati case? if yes then when? Did you sponsor your wife or you sponsor your wife. I am not sure if you are bride or groom.
