Correct - personally/directly know 2 cases who got approved just on Nikkah and they explained how / why they couldn't do Rukhsati etc. It is all subjective - based on officer and how detailed your case is. Perhaps if they were allowed to present their case - the officer would believe differently.

i might be wrong....but this raises red flag as it's not a cultural norm in Pakistan... a couple with only nikkah...living together,,,you might need to explain the visa officer during the interview

Hi, You can only send your original Marriage certificate in English. No need to send your Nikkah Nama as it is basically the same document but in Urdu. Make sure it has all the signatures required along with Government stamps. I would suggest you to get it stamped from foreign affairs as well...

Just got an email from LVO....they want the original nikkah nama with certified translation. ...I only sent the computerized marriage certificate that we got frm NADRA....my timeline is on the right.....for now thats all they want.
